Update (1:13 p.m.) Grapevine Police Department has completed the investigation and the threat was not substantiated. The hold has been released at Grapevine High School. All normal operations will resume and shuttles will begin running again for the next class period. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as our law enforcement responded to our campus today.

Original message (12:52 p.m.) Grapevine High School has been placed in a hold protocol as the campus investigates a call of a threatening nature that the school received. Grapevine Police Department is responding to the campus and assisting with the investigation. During a hold protocol, halls are cleared and students stay in their classrooms.

At this time, any students scheduled to take shuttles from Colleyville Heritage High School will remain at CHHS. Any CHHS students currently at GHS will remain at GHS until the hold is released and shuttles resume.
